Yes but you have to think about others feeling, you can't just say whatever you want, even if that's the rule.

Youssef: Yes, true they can express what they want to say through freedom of speech but they need to be careful of what they say or people will take action. They will introduce violence and thats what we are trying to prevent. We also want to prevent punishment and prosticution

Yes but the rules have changed. Now, people have been making more hate speeches and there are more controversial topics to talk about so, more people get hurt, commit suicide, commit crimes...

Youssef: Yes, but in different circumstances this could not be the case, freedom of speech can cause bullying. Bullying is not tolerated anywhere in the world, and that is why we should filter and limit the negatively used freedom of speech. The bullying could be the only reason why the kid is suffering and that is why he committed suicide. Also, even if the person is suffering from multiple things, the bullying caused from the use of negative freedom of speech should be not tolerated even if it is not affecting anyone.

Youssef: Yes thats true, but the people should be careful of what they say and share because if they don’t filter their ideas especially in the united nations this may cause controversy and violence. It may offend countries that are less fortunate even if they are getting help and support.

People should be help accountable for there actions because if they didn't speak about the topic in which the person decided to commit suicide, the person would probably still be alive.

That might be true but some people won't agree and that can start fights or even wars

The freedom of speech has been abused by people because people have been getting hurt by what others have said or even commit suicide

Youssef - Freedom of speech is that you can do what you believe you want to do. But should it really be used in however way you want to? If you use it in a positive way that is good but if you want to use it in a negative way, that when it should be limited. On May 1st an article was written about a gay couple who were getting married and what happen. The gay couple when to a local bakery and asked for a cake that has gay features on it but the request was denied. The gay couple have freedom to ask for what ever cake they want as long as it is not harming anybody. The baker had no right to deny the request and he had no right to insult them for being gay because they have the right to ask for a cake because they have freedom of speech. This is now being dealt in court.
